I was going to try that this weekend...I found some info over on corral about it last night. I think you are right I should start there 1st.It usually works to cure idle problems, at least for me. Hopefully it works for you. Quote Selected

No rubbing issues at all. I intend to run wider rear tires at some point...QuoteIt usually works to cure idle problems, at least for me. Hopefully it works for you. We shall see! I need to wrap up some issues on the car this weekend and change the oil now that it has some miles on it. I also need to retighten the header bolts.Went to the exhaust shop yesterday to get the lers and tail pipes put on. The thought never crossed my mind that the shop would not be able to bend some 2.5" tailpipes up from me. They said their bender could not handle a bend that tight (going over axle). So now it looks like I am going to order some sort of catback kit for a Mustang and then have the tailpipes extended. Problem is the ones I can find are expensive. However, I don't want to sacrifice quality or good sound so I may have to just spend it and go on with my life. Here are the ones I am considering:Pypes Violator (have Violator lers on my 'Stang and love 'em)DynomaxI am not too excited about the price involved here (plus the fact they tack on $18 shipping). I need to get something done quick if I am going to possibly take this baby on the Power Tour. What are your guys thoughts? Quote Selected

My car...a couple of new pics. Reply #202 – May 13, 2009, 10:26:25 PM Just got done putting on the Pypes Violator lers and midpipes. I am taking the car to get the trans flushed tomorrow so I wanted to get some lers on it. I left the tailpipes off because I am going to have to take it to the exhaust shop to get everything tweaked into place, welded up, and the tails lengthened. For the meantime it has old clothes hangers holding things in place :hick:.First impressions are that the lers really don't le much at all . I didn't think I wanted the car very loud, but I think I am going to have to get over that pretty quick. It should sound even better with the tailpipes on it.EDIT: I forgot to mention...I hope I NEVER again have to hang exhaust on a car while laying on a cold, damp garage floor. I have TOTAL RESPECT for guys at exhaust shops now. It was not a very fun job trying to wrestle all that around 4" from your face!! Quote Selected
