Reply #15 – December 17, 2004, 06:01:48 PM i was just kidding...i had a beauman engineering shift kit in another tbird sport i had. it was when i was in highschool. i rebuilt the tranny with the shift kit (stage2 shift...very firm, 2nd gear chirp durring normal acceleration breaking loose 2nd and 3rd durring holeshots), aftermarket "clutches" and converter. i never beat a tranny so unmercifully before or since then. j slides, breakstands and tranny frops over and over again. the aod never skipped a beat. just laughed at me. id do it again in a heartbeat. they realy make driving an automatic fun....
