Precision Power DCX 500.1 Amplifier

I am new here, but post regulary over at cougarnuts.com, so I know some people know me here. Here it goes.

Time to upgrade to a more powerful amp. This amp is in good condition, no problems with it. Here are the specs on the amp: http://www.precisionpower.com/amps/dcx500.asp

Its a very flexible amp, able to run at 1, 2, and 4 ohms. The amp retails for near $300.00 new. I have the protective covers and a few decals for it also. I am willing to take $150 plus shipping. Shipping will most likely be around $20-25. Anyone interested?
