2003 1/2 Santa Cruz Bullit

yeah, once again im sure im barking up the wrong tree but what the heck. i so very much hate to do it but iv come to the realization that im not going to have extra time for this for a long time. now, i know ill probably end up regretting it but whats new. up for sale is my beloved 2003 1/2 Santa Cruz Bullit teamed up with a 2004 Marzocchi Shiver DH dual crown fork. no kidding when i say this is my baby but the family comes first. here is a quick breakdown on whats on the bike:

2003 1/2 Santa Cruz Bullit downhill/freeride mt bike. size medium, polished finish. progressive 5th element stable platform rear shock(7"), 2004 marzocchi shiver with stiffer springs (8" of love), gremica system 12 DH hydraulic 8" disk brakes front and rear, King headset, race face bars, odi lock on grips, perigrine bar ends, Race Face North S forged splined crankset and BB. shimano xc pedals, race face front chainring, MRP dual roler/disk chainguide (dual slalom system 1 i think), tompson elite seatpost, blazing saddle seat, XT shifter and derailer, Atomic TrAiL pImP rims, xt rear hub, marzocchi front hub, maxis tires with intense dh tubes, as well as some gozzies. pics to follow. all the parts, purchased new would come out to the low 4 thousands. the bike has maybe 10 real rides on it. its been to a mountain resort only one time. otherwise mostly freeride and trail stuff. the ONLY problem with the bike is, embarrassingly enough it needs a new rear swing arm (175-200 from santa cruz). i never got to ride it this season. i had tore it down for the winter to clean it up nice inspect it and maintenance anything it needed. one of my friends thought it might be funny to take the bolts out that hold the swing arm on. unfortunately, it stayed on long enough to jump on the bike and ride it maybe 30 feet where i bounced on it to check the spring compression. the bearing race of the rear swing arm had no bolts in it so the swingarm opened right up where the bearing race was machined in. happy day...1400 dollar frame boogered up. absolutely no harm was done to the front half, pivot bearings or shaft. im asking 1800 for everything as is. id be asking 2200-2300 otherwise. all it needs is the rear swing arm (with bolts of course) and its good to go, ready to handle anything you can through at it. iv seen some really sick dudes do some really sick stuff with the same bike. you could always sell some of the components and with the money put an awesome cross country or lighter duty fork on this thing too. they make great cc bikes with the right components. email me at shame302@aol.com if you are interested ... thanks for your time guys...john
