What alignment specs?

I've lowered my 84 approx 1.5"s front and back and did the 88 Mustang front brake swap. I had the car aligned years ago after the swap using stock 84 specs and the car came out perfect. Recently, the tires are showing outside edge wear. I want to correct this before I put new BF Goodrich Comps on. What specs do I use and can they be achieved without CC plates? If I need the plates, I'll order a set from MM.
84 COUGAR/90 HO, 1.7RRs, performer RPM,700DP, equal length shorties, stainless EXH ,T-5,Hurst pro-billet, KC clutch, 8.8/ 4.10s, line-lok, bla ,bla, bla.
71 COMET/289,351w heads, 12.5 TRWs, 750DP, Liberty TL, 9"/6.00s, 11.9x @112 , bla,bla,bla.

Never shoot your mouth off, unless your brain is loaded! ....I may get older, but I'll never grow up!....If you're not laughing, you're not living!

You should be able to get back to the ford specs without issue unless you have a bunch of worn out components. If you want better handling MM recommends 4.5 degrees positive caster, I couldn't get to that number even with their plates, but anything between fords setting and there will be an improvement. They also recommend .5 degrees of negative camber, that you may be able to get without the plates, not sure. They also recommend .5 degree toe-in, which is the factory setting.

MM has all kinds of info on there site regarding what the changes do, should help you decide if you want to purchase the plates or not.
