It's sad that I ENVY that.....  12 degrees F this morning.  On top of it all I've either developed a cold or the start of the flu.....
Wonderful.

For a week now, I've been trying to fight this cold from developing further, vitamin c, lots of OJ (but no vodka lol), a such. It's starting to subside, but occasionally I'll have the aches and pains.
I'm ready for tornado sirens, severe t-storms, and spring weather. I am absolutely beyond this winter business.
I'll be 37 in August, and this is probably the worst winter as far as snow and just bitter cold I can remember here. Last two winters were pretty snowy, but this one has them beat. Thankfully, by the end of the week, we're going to be in the low 40's here. I expect to go out and suntan or something...err, maybe not, but it'll be nice to go outside with just my coat and not have to be bundled up like a  Antarctic explorer...

Hope y'all start warming and melting down soon too. :)

It's 27 degrees here today, the last 4 days it's barely gotten to 12, with lows 15-20 below. "FTS."

My back is starting to feel normal again and now we are supposed to get clipped by a Noreaster (I think thats how you spell it. LOL!) on Thursday.

I'm glad the T-Bird is tucked away in the garage this winter. I was finishing up fixing some things on it when the snow started to fly. I decided to just drive my truck until the weather turns for the better. Who knows when that will be.

We're supposed to get nailed again Thursday. Supposed to be 6-12" of snow, then two inches of rain. Fun fun fun...

There are not enough letters in the phrase "I hate winter" to adequately express how much I hate winter...

It was -23 F this am here.  The majority of mornings I have gone to work in the past weeks have been near or below 0.  When the temperature does go up to 15, then it snows.  If you go out and shovel it, then it snows another 1/2 inch or inch more an hour later messing up your work.  As I do my work around town (driving), I see more and more ice dams and gutters damaged by ice (Probably not a good year for insurance adjusters for sure).  Looks to me like '78-'79 all over again.  Last month I wrote about a 2002 ZR-2 Tracker 4 wheel drive I bought on December 26.  What a blessing!!  The T-Bird has stayed comfy in the garage.  I just took the trickle charger off the battery in the T-Bird an hour ago!!  I haven't been able to do more work on the Tracker because it is just to cold to be moving cars around here--plus the snow issue.

Yeah. So I'm done with winter.

Haystack where do you live in Utah?

My son lives in Ogden. I talked to him last night and he told me they had around 45 degrees there.

We were around 5 degrees this morning and we are supposed to get hit with 5" to 10" of snow over night and tomorrow. I really hate winter.
