I don't know what kind of floor it is, but I do know that 1988 Thunderbird Sport sitting on that floor looks bad a$$. LOL.

No, it stays chrome, as does the new emblem for the trunk lid. I did think about black, but just can't bring myself to do it.

THAT is a great reason not to. LOL. As far as the second set in black...I can try that. I will need to order another new script for the trunk, though, then paint it black, then see if it looks "right" or not.

I felt the same way. I liked doing some of the emblems in black, but it seemed wrong somehow to black out the 'birds.

I gotta tell ya.....Jerry did my hood for me. If it weren't for the hood, I never would have done all of this work. it's the focal point. What the color, trunk, and everything else was based around. Thanks Jerry.

Add it in. Feel free. My thread is your thread. I don't mind sharing. LOL.

I'll be at the shop a little before 9 and start the re-assembly. Exterior parts first, then I'll get the rest done as it happens. All door seals, trunk seal and hood seal are first, header panel and lights, side moldings, then a break.

Looks great Vinnie. If you're unsure about the black accents, use plastidip. It goes on like paint and peels off like rubber

Thanks, but keeping the Bird in the header panel and the script on the trunk chrome. I still have to install the trunk strut, side molding strip (black instead of chrome), chin spoiler, and the interior. It'll get done.
