Yep, they work. Or just extend the wires in the harness for free.

Do you just use the same gauge wire and solder it?

That's what I did. Pulled the harness 9easy stuff), lengthened the wires the appropriate length, soldered them and used heat shrink over that. Added new wire covering material, done.

I need new O2 sensors anyway, so I just bought the ones with the longer wires and plugged them in.  No cuts/no splices.

Yeah mine are original so I could replace them it's just a matter of time of when they will go bad
