87 TBird Roller-TX
Good Lord this is painful to type. I bought this car a few years ago from a guy in San Antonio that was in the miltary. Dude bought it in puppiesan, and somehow brought it back. I cant imagine it was worth shipping, but whatever. I think its kind of neat with the puppiesanese inspection stickers on it, etc.
Swapped it to HO specs, repinned the harness for a Mustang ecm, swapped in a mild 306, and had a buddy build a killer AOD. SN95 front end swap, and rear. Same friedn who did the aod also redid the rear with a 31 spline TLok, Superior axles, and 4.10's. Fox Cobra booster, MC, 3-2 port from MM. New cheap 245/45's all around. Ultra Flo cat back I think. Had the windows retinted as well.
Sold the engine and trans right before my son was born 16 mos ago, and have barely breathed on it since. It me off to no end, but I simply dont see how Ill get time for this again.
Various fox tbird parts come with it. I used to browse yards and snag anything of use. I put in "Raven" seats out of a Turbo Coupe. Originally black, but they all faded years ago, and now it looks right with the rest of the blue interior. Tossed in a center console real quick, doesnt quite line up perfect just yet. I do have several cans of correct interior dye for the armrest, center console, and any other trim to be replaced.
***
Just remembered, when I did the rear, I replaced all bushings with poly, other than the body side uppers, kept those rubber. All new brake hoses, etc.
Sitting in Pearland, just south of Houston. $1200 or Ill just keep staring at it.

How it sits now:

Original armrest crumbled, never painted this one.

Stuffed full, dont remember why I chose one consiole over the other, but there is an extra.

Clean and straight under the hood.

I have the kick panel, didnt replace after I pulled the computer for the guy who bought the drivetrain. He was swapping to a 68 mustang, and took the a9l, and an extra harness I had.

Various interior trim, sn95 fan, etc
