cwe type 1 motor mounts Reply #5 – February 12, 2013, 11:48:14 PM i had to get a drivers side mount when I got the car and remember having a hard time getting the right one. I ended up with a kinda round mount that had two bolts going through one side and one stud on the other side. I had to reuse the brakets that bolted to the engine and k frame, which also had like a "captive" flat bar as a kinda of limiter if the rubber fails. I think that was its purpose anyway. If i remember right, the mount i ended up getting was the same or very similiar to a tranny mount for an '87-'88 TC. Quote Selected
