86 Thunderbird V6 December 02, 2011, 08:44:21 AM Hello everyone, I used to own this TBird from 1994 to 2000. I posted a couple pics in the audio section as that was my main area of focus on it.As you can see in the pictures, I ended up repainting it. Installed suspension techniques lowering springs, turbo coupe front end and rear sway bar, centerline rims, flowmaster exhaust and a ground effects package. It was never fast, but it was the most comfortable cruiser I ever owned. I wish I had the means to store it and still had it today. Quote Selected

86 Thunderbird V6 Reply #2 – December 02, 2011, 03:27:39 PM Thanks, I had a low profile 225/50R15 tire in the rear and a 205/50R15 to help with the stance. If I still had it today I would use 17" rims, but they were still fairly rare back then. The 93 Cobra was the first production set I remember seeing years ago and tires weren't cheap. That's also the factory color Midnight Regatta Blue. I found a couple more pictures on 35mm film and will try to scan them in when I find some free time. Didn't have a digital camera back in the day.I love seeing all of your rides... brings back good memories! I might need to find another car. Quote Selected
