I was driving through rural Michigan once and I watched a huge old semi gobble up a deer.  Didn't even slow down.  It was a small deer.  Just one of those "OOOOOOOOHHH !" moments.
My car is a gravity hybrid.  The gasoline engine gets me up the hills, and gravity gets me down.

Yeah, this was an 8-pointer that I hit, or ran in front of me, depending on how you look at it.

I see him, said to myself, "this is gonna hurt," and kept the throttle wide-ass open.

Right now, the damage estimate is right around the 6K mark.
