What gears are you running and do you have posi in it yet?What was the problem with the idle and how did you fix it?I used to have an 81 Hatchback with the same color orange. Gears I guess are 3.08's, but I have 3.55's I'll be swapping in. the idle issue was the throttle cable length. I had to make the ball stud it snaps onto "adjustable". Plus, the thing had 65 primary jets and 87 jets in the back. It would just flood out if I got into the secondaries. I put in 72's in place of the 87's and replaced the power valve plug with a 6.5HG valve. Quote Selected
