Inexpensive key blanks Reply #12 – February 26, 2010, 12:06:24 AM The look the same, but, the replacements (that we're talking about) have hard plastic heads to them, the originals have a rubber head to them.I'm keeping the replacement in use. Quote Selected
Inexpensive key blanks Reply #13 – February 26, 2010, 12:08:07 AM I bought one set of Turbo keys while I also bought a set of Escort black headed keys that I am using. I even bought a set of old 1969 Tbird keys with the Bird logo, but unfortunately the ignition key will not clear the inside of the lock cylinder slot enough to go in all the way. I use the neat Turbo trunk and door key all the time while I have the Turbo ignition key tucked away in a drawer. Quote Selected

I have an original set for each of my TC's and soon to be NOS for all of them :D when I emailed the seller I asked him about the keys and he stated that they are from ford. Quote Selected
