Man I sure as hell know how that goes. Girl ran up my credit then left me for some emo f*gg*t it turns out she was fooling around with while I was working to support myself and her.

I live in a strict city too. I had a couple cars at a friend's house and his neighbor called the police on us too. They just sent a snotty letter that warned us that we had a week to get it cleaned up or we would be fined. They were all junk cars though, nothing I wanted to save. I just had 'em hauled off.

I don't know what I would do in your shoes. I have an unregistered cougar in my driveway now, but I keep a neat-looking car cover on it, keep the tires inflated, etc. Nobody has noticed so far. Could you put a cover over the car and tell them they can't lift it without a search warrant?

In ohio, you can sign off the title and have the new buyer (your mom/dad/friend, somebody you can trust) and go get a 30 day tag for like 5$. That's a cheap way to get it legally registered. Look into storage insurance. Since the car isn't road worthy right now, see if your insurance company offers the type of insurance that they put on vehicles in storage. That'd be a cheap way to insure it. Then it'd be registered, insured, and the cop would have to leave you alone.

THEN! Get revenge! Look at this "good samaritan" neighbor of yours... Does he have any voilations that you could report?

LOL!!!!! i knew you guys would cheer me up a bit..... i know things would get rough sooner or later..... but it blows cause im hitting rock bottom...and when i need someone to be ther for me there not..........ive always been a straight forward person, and always try helping out everyone......sometimes i think im TOO nice...
As for the car......... i t cant go to moms cause she lives in a 2 bedroom apartment with my lil bro,, and they dont even have a driveway... My sister lives with her husbands parents, and their neighborhood is one of those with stupid laws like the grass needs to be cut once a week and so on....... I CANT lose evrything..... tomarrow ill find out if i have this mechanic job..(hopefully)) and if thats the case.... ill pay whoever i have to to store my car.....i need something to look forward to.. and ive been looking forward to driving MY cat for five years..(since my parents bbought it..)
Coogarxr: Im looking into that now,.. but with all this other going on, and not having a ride,.. its tough... and revenge is already in planning..... (especially if everything goes) The neighbor keeps his moms house in immaculate condition,.... and our yard has been thoroughly cleaned,.... the only (eyesore) is my car... i cant finish it up cause i need njectors/computer.......and intake/ egr drilled/tapped... but all i have left to my name is $60 for a tow trailer to move my car anywhere.... and it really sucks...... thanks for the replies guys.. i know i must be bringin ya down,.... like i said..... i just had to talk to someone.....Thanks....

. We really DO care man, believe me, you and I are so alike its like I'm listening to myself 4 years ago. I can totally relate! If you ever need or want to talk to someone I am usually on Yahoo msgr and also have MSN msgr that you can talk to me on (All in my contact info). I do understand how hard it is when you don't have anyone to spill it to and it sucks.

You may be better off with a different car with less problems. I lost my 86 cat while in semi simular situations. To be honest I could get a better car for around $400 out here. I'm not trying to be a prick, but money comes and goes. If you don't have a job, a car is almost useless. I was told that by many people though out the years and have just recently come to realize it. If you want to keep the car, don't let it go.

The first thing you need to do is get a job. Even $7 an hour a couple days a week is enough for storage till you can get on your feet.

well it just got a hellofa lot worse...... she broke up with me tonite, and said "time away from each other will be good for us"........im sooooooooooooo sad but soooooooooooooshagn pissed at the same time........ im empty inside......... i feel nothing at all anymore.......the only thing thats keepimg me from breaking down, is the fact that my step dad called when he heard about my situation, and he said tomarrow morning at 9 were going to the shop to talk to this guy, and fid out if he can use me... And he offerd to register and give me the down payment on insurance for my car.... the sad thing is... its going to be back to its clunky worn out ways of running............ This really blows.. but at least ill hopefully be able to keep the car...... and there ARE plenty of fish in the sea..........i just reaally like the one i have....(had)............i got some stuff to take care of tomarrow, pack up some stuff, and get this car situation taken care of.....

Replace the word "drinking" with "thinking".. drinking won't solve any problems, no matter how bad shiznit get. and taht's what I love, how people always say they don't have money to tag a car, but they always seem to have enough money for booze somehow.

Don't worry dude, I'll always be around so if you did have a chance you can throw me a shout. Glad to hear your dad is helping you out. Women are a difficult thing to understand, there is one thing I have learned and its that women really don't know what they want until their mid to late 20's in alot of cases. Your best bet is to just stay single for a while and just feel out what sort of person you'd like to spend your time with, there was something my father always told me and that is that the person you're meant to be with will happen when you aren't spending all your time trying to find them (Maybe that sounds odd). The main thing is just hanging out with the "guys" and doing things with your friends or with your car to keep yourself distracted. Baxo is right, drinking really won't help the situation. When you go into that mechanic shop go in looking like a responsible adult who is eager to learn and work and express how much you really do like fixing cars, this sort of thing will more than likely impress them a bit and may help sway his decision. Just hang in there man, you can always e-mail me as well. I've been through exactly what you're going through.
