you also posted at american muscle that you have already taken care of everything and paid everyone back. Your time slips make absolutely no sense. Your 60' time should raise your mph, not lower it. Your time is identical to your "Z28" until the 1/4. Where your fila is some how faster then a 13 second car with a slight bog just off idle. Honestly, your MPH and 1/4 mile time should only be may, if everything was bad and you all but killed it at idle, one second slower. But with the 2.7 second 60 foot time, you either roasted the tires or skipped a gear and couldn't get it back in. Which I doubt since you claim its an auto. If the car even exists.

since when has the 60' raised your MPH everytime?  learn about racing and maybe try it sometime before you try cutting someone down with an unnessesary comment..... your comment makes no sense...

Looking back at my slips, my 60' dropped but my MPH did too this summer sometimes....  know why?  M/T ET streets and not being use to their launch charachteristics, and bogging the motor (even with a 3200rpm clutch drop.....
and one race I had was an '04 GT with mods. KILLED me out of the hole, (better 60'er, ON STREET TIRES!) only to watch me walk around him at about the 330 mark and get a couple lengths on him.

as for whinners (most of which HAVE NOT been screwed over....) holding a grudge, and hating on the guy?  grow up guys and give him a break, obviously Eric has done so or he wouldnt be here.  and Eric HAS been screwed....

Have I had a deal go bad with him....  not really....  he just never went through with buying some parts off of me a few times...  dont remember what they were now and dont care...

I will remain neutral on his return as well on this and sit back and watch....  and Chuck I agree, no selling for you on here.

 and on a lighter note:

I drink beer on occasion...am I now on anyone's shiznit list?

only if it is shiznitweiser....  :toilet: :D

and yeah I drink too.... on occasions....  but what does what kind of beverage hav to do with weather you changed or not?  :flip:

Hell I've made a ton of boneheaded mistakes in my personal life but I have changed and still enjoy a drink every now and then....:D  and relax, this last section was meant as a joke to lighten things up....:rollin:  one change some might have noticed is that I am rarely here anymore.....  which some are probably prefering...:D

Yep, you can actually get better MPH with worse 60' times - I've seen this discussed many times on the racing sites.

As far as having to have been actually screwed over to vote/comment on this matter, I disagree. My "bro" did everything possible to get me to ship him some stuff pre-pay, but this old city-slicker grew up with people like this and knew better. Does this disqualify my opinion by only having the "conversation" without the "screwed"? I think not. In fact, I was "buddies" with someone with a very similar MO. He was a compulsive sleazy liar and he even robbed his own relatives when they let him stay at their homes. Guess what he did to "straighten up"? He joined the Army (I almost joined at that time as several friends were joining as a group). Good thing his cousin (whom he robbed) joined with him as I got the real scoop about why he was "discharged". Passing out in morning roll call due to excess drinking and drug use didn't go over to well - lol. He jumped out of 2nd floor barracks windows to avoid superiors. Last I heard he was doing a "dime" for armed robbery. Idiot. Does this experience cause me to dismiss out-of-hand anybody else who claims to be "getting their act together"? No. I hope I never become that jaded.

There is no " my way" as you put it.
really? you dont think creating a new user name after being banned is against forum rules? you dont think knowingly circumventing that ban w/o requesting permission to rejoin the forum is wrong?

seems like you are manipulating this entire forum, and all its members, in order to have "your way."

I've had no dealings and lost no money to the original poster.  Guess what?  That doesn't mean I should tolerate him or his actions.  He's currently on (and will remain on indefinitely) my "ignore list."

Every time someone reads a shocking newspaper headline concerning an unjust act that person forms an opinion concerning that act they read about.  Sometimes they'll talk about it with friends and family.  There is nothing wrong with voicing an opinion on an issue.  In this particular case, the original poster asked for everyone's collective opinion in the first post in the form of a poll.

There were quite a few issues which were and are still unresolved.  BTW, this is not the only place that actions such as the ones are in question transpired.

Also, FWIW if an individual REALLY and truly wishes to change for the better they have to want to do it for themselves, not because of who they work for or a loved one.

Bettering yourself because YOU want to is the best way to ensure that it happens.

He has yet to prove he is ready to belong.  To accept him now is to reward wrongful acts.
