I was out in PA on saturday and I foud this 97 lx Bird.

Ill take those wheels for my SHO. Bet it was converted to 114.3 already.

I've seen a few of those on Ebay at different time.....UGLY !!!!!

There was one of those at the Summer Nationals, Green Hill Park, Worcester mass, this year. I wasn't too fond of it.

Not another stupid easyrod. Do they really think people can't tell it's a Thunderbird under all that ? :rolleyes:

1984 Thunderbird - 89 302 HO, GT40 heads w/ Trick Flow springs, E303 cam, Edelbrock Performer 289 intake and 600 cfm 4bbl, Mustang headers, Jegs o/r H pipe, Dynomax lers, Mustang AOD and shifter, Mustang 8.8 w/ 3.73s, 3G alternator, Mustang front and rear sway bars, KYB SN-95 front struts and shocks, and 11" front brakes.

1988 Mustang GT - GT40 heads, Explorer intake, 70mm throttle body, 70mm MAF, Crane 1.7 rrs, E303 cam, Kirban Kwik shifter w/ Pro 5.0 deluxe handle, aluminum clutch quadrant and firewall adjuster, o/r h pipe, Dynomax lers, 3G alternator, aluminum radiator, and 3.27 gears.

MN-12s ran 5x108 bolt patterns. Same as some FWD Fords. Its easy to swap an MN-12 to 5x114.3(4.5) 5lug though. Though Mustang stuff on and there you go.

If it wasnt converted then those rims would be 5x108 and would fit my SHO

Mid-size North America Series 12. It's a completely different chassis than the fox birds.

LOL think that's bad? saw a  black 79-91 stang hatchback with the nose from the 89-91 mn-12 on it @ englishtown in april LMFAO mustang with a beak!!!:mullet:  it was packing though sounded like a supercharger,

There was a red 1988 "EasyRod" T-Bird at the Columbus swap meet a few weeks ago. Followed the guy's car in when we were paying for parking. We gave it a glance-over but obviously only from a side view.

I love it when old guys think their Frankenstein cars are "fancy". :D

Back in their day they where. The look of disappointment on my Grandpas face when he found out he couldn't get whitewalls for his Toyota was priceless. Somethings never change.

I want to see what the trunk "sill" looks like when you open the trunk. Looks like there is ALOT of overlay
