YES I was gonna say KEEP THAT RADIO. I <3 my premium sound radio. I got the little tape-with-a-wire-coming-out-of-it. I tell ya what for having that and being 21 years old it sounds PRETTY GOOD. It's got some kick and I blast it all the time in the summer. Plenty loud enough to get mom to flip out on me when I pulled into the driveway and didn't know she was out back gardening.

Get an FM transmitter or if you can find one of the tape adapters and a portable CD player. Cheaper and you dont have to do all the re wiring to bypass the premium sound. Once you get an iPod then just use the FM transmitter or whatever you get for that.

X2

I have one of those tape adapters in my Audi for the Zune. Looks a little funny but it works great.

Glad you got it.Nice car.Get a 10 disc changer and mount it in the trunk under the package shelf. That's what I did.You can keep your factory stereo, and have 10 cd's at your fingertips by remote.I got mine for a decent price, and was super easy to install. There are a lot of options for you.Again, great looking car.I'm proud for you.

Seems the white cougars just rust out all of a sudden. :hick:

Keep the stereo and go with the changer in the trunk or an i-pod add on.

It's going to be a good car. Make sure you get that rust taken care of, so you can enjoy the car for a long time.
Congrats on the new car.
