Need Wiring for 88 mercury cougar anyone got a parts car?

I need the wiring for the cougar since the 87 T-bird wiring will not hook up to the 1988 XR7 Stuff.

Post any leads and PM me if you got it and could get it.

This looks nice but this car will not be going anywhere unless i get the right wiring and hook ups.

well im pretty sure i got a complete 88 harness for a 3.8 just not a 5.0 :( i dont think they are close wish i could help out

Thats okay well if you find someone else that would have it then you would stll be helping a lot. Took all the older stuff of my wreck 87 T-bird and added over $7,000 in mods and now this wiring junk is the only major hold up.

tell ya what if i find something ill let ya know.. and it just hit me i AM lookin at an 88 5.0 tbird and stang but it would be a while before i can get them.  but i do want a carbed 302 vs fuelie in my cougar so if you are still lookin for a harness by the time i get that you would then have a harness

What do you need? engine and computer?,
Old Grey Cat to this.88 Cat, 5.0 HO, CW mounts, mass air, CI custom cam, afr165's, Tmoss worked cobra intake, BBK shorty's,off road h pipe, magnaflow ex. T-5,spec stage 2 clutch, 8.8 373 TC trac loc, che ajustables with bullits on the rear. 11" brakes up front. +

I can probably get the harness sometime this week.I'll let you know if I can and how much.
'88 Sport--T-5,MGW shifter,Trick Flow R intake,Ed Curtis cam,Trick Flow heads,Scorpion rockers,75mm Accufab t-body,3G,mini starter,Taurus fan,BBK long tube headers,O/R H-Pipe, Flowamaster Super 44's, deep and deeper Cobra R wheels, Mass Air and 24's,8.8 with 3.73's,140 mph speedo,Mach 1 chin spoiler,SN-95 springs,CHE control arms,aluminum drive shaft and a lot more..

I need the wiring part form the computer to the engine but if you could just get me ALL the Wiring and so i can be sure this car gets to see the road and so i can test out the new motor set-up and transmission and bigger stall.

Send me a PM and shot me a price and make sure it does cover your time and gas money driving to the car to get the wires all out of the car.

Scroll down to the middle if the page. Looky is that a 5.0 EFI harness brand new and complete? I do believe so.

Any leads here i need this car running one of these days and in PHR magazine or something so then i can have one of my life goals out of the way and i can smoke that Camaro SS i raced in my T-bird today.

I've heard it is possible to repin the connectors, haven't tried it myself.:burnout:

Buy ALL do you mean interior an headlights also? I have both of those
