tv cable broken?

I have recently dropped my engine back in my car and have noticed my tv cable might be broken.  Where it connects to the bracket at the throttle body, there is a white sleeve that covers the cable, that is covered by a black sleeve. The white sleeve is broke off at the bracket and slides around on the cable. I do not want to hook it up until I find out if it needs to be replaced or not.
I would take pictures and post it on here but I am unsure how to do it yet.
Thanks

for your pic,, another option which is easier....

save your pics as something in your pc as a .jpg file or whatnot.
Valid file extensions: bmp doc gif jpe jpeg jpg pdf png psd txt
resize it how ever you do,,i cut/past resize to paint & save as jpg.

after you type your message, scroll down below Submit Reply and you will see the Manage Attachments button so click it.

browse you pc for the file and click upload.

Dont exceed the limit in size for jpg files or you will get this error
File Too Large. Limit for this filetype is 146.5 KB.

Mine broke off a long time ago.  I cheated and used zip ties.

thanks for the pictures, is the white piece of plastic that goes over the cable under the spring supposed to be one piece all the way after the bracket or can it be broken like in the photo by Masterblaster? Mine looks exactly like the photo.
I have a new throttle body with a new grommet to hook up to, but I do like that brass bushing and pin kit though. I wanted to make sure my cable doesn't need to be replaced  before I hook it up,so I don't toast the transmission
