Yes, I'm charging the cam.. it might not be the first turn of the key, but it will be recorded after all systems a are a go....oh yea, I need to fill the radiator too before I forget... wouldn't that suck to forget doing that

Before you start it run a KOEO test. That way you'll know of any major problems before you fire it :).
88 Thunderbird LX: 306, Edelbrock Performer heads, Comp 266HR cam, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, bunch of other stuff.

Wow......awesome. Just awesome. I miss that intake. I'm going to polish another upper soon and do some visual mods. Not like yours. It's the only one. I'll do something a little different. After I got rid of the Explorer upper, I've never been happy. Not even with the "almighty" highly loved, GT-40 tubular intake. Maybe this Cobra will make me happy (GO COBRA !!!). I hope to hear great things by the end of tomorrow about the Cougar starting up. I work til 3:00 then I'll be checking in here to see.........or you could just text me.

Don't forget to crank it a bit without the coil wire on,get some oil moving.
