I, uh, guess those Bird emblems are integrated into the lens....




they are, but with that kinda modification, why couldnt he remove them and fill it and make it un noticable except to people like us... kinda ruins it.

That car has several cool little custom touches, but put together, it's just plain ugly.  My brother Joel used to have a '79 280zx.  Was a cool little car.  He got rid of it before I was old enough to drive though :(

For a custom car, that is cool. I like it even with the bird emblems.

Nice work.  I would have used a different drivetrain, but it's cheaper with Chebby stuff i suppose.  I have a buddy that builds 240's and 260's with SB (and a couple BB) Ford drivetrains.  He doesn't get too "over the top" when it comes to the bodywork, but they look nice and are quicker than snot...as long as you keep it in a straight line!
