hey, do the parts stores carry the metal fuses for the fuse pannel or are they used/jy parts only...? thanks guys...john

Those metal fuses are circuit breakers and you should be able to find 'em in auto parts stores

sweet, thank you. the power seats stopped working for some reason. the fuses are good so i figured that would be the next thing to check.
