To test the knock sensor when doing a KOER test, you must goose the throttle to near WOT(and tap the brake)just after you get the engine cyl code(20)... Quote Selected
Failed emmissions test... BAD Reply #16 – July 16, 2008, 11:22:47 PM Ok, got it. Hey when I replaced the plugs I used Motorcraft Platnium, whas this a good idea or not? Im starting to have my doubts. After about 2 minutes of idling, the engine gets a lil jittery to the point you can hear some slight misfiring in the exhaust at idle and you can feel vibration. But if you didn't really pay attention you would not notice it. Quote Selected

They looked really good when I pulled them. I did change to the NGK T5 to see how it runs with them. So far so good. Quote Selected

I will buy better wires and im seriously considering other alternatives as well. Dont smack me but I used Valucraft plug wires from autozone.. May have been a bad choice. I just notice that in the lower RPM's the car sounds like it sputtering, almost a misfire, (barely noticable). Quote Selected
