My new toy

88foxbird's sig reminded me of this, my new toy.



77 High Boy with a 460 and a C6. Bad Animal. I love this truck.:)

You won't believe how cheap I got it.

Needs work, but thats what I do.

Nice. I would beat the hell out of that thing in the woods. I love late 70's Ford trucks.

I had several of those rotted out to fast (bed Quarters, cab corners, etc.)to keep up with. Does yours have the 8 lug rims

Nice truck even if theres only 3 trucks in the world i would own looks like a fun toy and just don't run over any one but if they hit you there F***ed looks nice hope you have fun driving it.

Yep, it's an F250 on 38.6 x 16 x16.5's. The truck should clear my 7 foot polebarn door by 1 inch!

I like the 79 grille myself, and it's there.

With a 460, an automatic, 4wd, 3 foot tall tires and 5000lbs, everyone is safe from this thing except me. I can't afford the gas for regular use. It will probably never be licensed while I own it. Strictly off road.

But I knew that.

The picture is flattering. Enough so that my wife is warming up to the purchase. She used the pic as our desktop wallpaper! Very cool.

It does need a lot of work.

I like the 79 my self. Looks mean as hell!
My father had a 79 ford bronco, 351m, pulled and replaced with a 460, running on 35's.

That thing would NOT get stuck.

I welcomed the dark side and currently am driving a 2000 Dodge Durango SLT plus, with a 5.9, Code named project "Night Runner"
Shes black on black, fully loaded, with headers, 180 tstat, e fan, straight exhaust into a cherry bomb vortex ler, full tune up, ported intake and T/B, MSD coil, and round aircleaner.
Mods to come: Fully rebuilt and heavily modded 46RE, and a richmond rachet locker.
