The TRUTH about CFI injectors!

I bought a set of 4 CFI injectors and tested them out today on the fuel injector bench (shhh, don't tell anybody I have one :hick:  ).

The "stock" 35#'s from an 88 TC flow 87cc in the "test cycle" at 40psi with a 30* spray pattern. My flow-matched best-of set from Cruzin Performance flowed 90cc (with a 3cc variation after 10K HARD mile and nearly 2 years, no complaints there). Part #'s E6 A3A and E8 A1A.

The "42#" CFI injectors flow 113cc at 40psi. That's a 30% increase (45.5#'s). As shown on the test run BEFORE cleaning/rebuilding the highest one was 115 with a 7cc variation. I *should* be able to get them to all flow 115cc in the test cycle (at 40psi). They have a nice 30* pattern about the same as the 35#s AND the ohm's resistance is IDENTICAL (2.4-2.7). Part # E80 A1A.

Just thought I'd throw some facts out there as observed today. Now if I could only find 4 of the "HO" CFI injectors...

An extension has to be used but yes, they fit on a 2.3T no problem.
