mustanf dash swap?

Has anyone seen, heard of or performed a dash swap using a Mustang dash? I see mustang to mustang dash swaps done through 79 to 04 cars and even mustang dashes swapped into other Foxbody cars but I have never seen a Tbird swapped.

Reason I ask is the dash in my 83 TC is in ok shape but the layout isnt my favorite for a foxbody. Im finding out finding good replacement parts for my interior is almost impossible. Im going to do my best to completely customize my interior to better suit my taste but I cant stop thinking about my all time favorite Fox interiors in the 85-86 Mustang GT and SVO. I love the dash and console setup much more than the TC and parts are way easier to get.

Now my biggest problem is I already interior parts left over from an old 84 Capri project I sold off when I got my TC. I have the whole dash, new dash pad, bezels, console, arm rest......But I just dont know if this is something I want to jump into yet since I havent even driven my TC yet.

A fox dash will physically fit, they are the same length. Sn-95 dash boards fit much better on our cars since you don't have to relocate handles. You still have to trim against the firewall for the windshield on a sn-95 setup though.

One member laid it over the existing tbird  dash support.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.
