OT - Progress on the chevy November 09, 2004, 12:53:49 PM This is taking a lot longer than I thought it would. :( But that's no surprise at all.I've got the body work nearly done, and it'll be getting paint as soon as I can figure out how to get the adhesive tape off the box. It's that that held the side molding on. Two strips of white ****e. Anyone know of any cleaners that will desolve this stuff without eating through the box?Anyway, here she is so far. That driver's door is garbage. So much bondo. The only areas that went through are in the rear lower corner and a strip around mid door at the bottom. Thankfully there was still enough steel to keep the line. About 1/8" of steel, but enough to do the job. :p Quote Selected

I know they make the spray adhesive and i'm pretty sure they make the remover as well. It will take the paint down to bare metal, but you're not concerned with that, right? Quote Selected
