I am dreading getting old. I've beat on myself pretty hard for a while. can't wait till i start feeling that.

Not really stacks it is how you eat and if you smoke that is the killer. I dont know how old you are but cholesterol is the key. Example greasy foods red meats SODA is a killer the syrup makes the cholesterol sticky and it sticks to your arteries. Other than that exercise is also key. Have a great evening folks
