Headlights after refinish

Took apart these since they had the best chrome out of the sets I had. Sanded with 1500 2000 and 3000. Smoothed the bumps off and took advice from other thread and min waxed and put super heat to them. Used 3m weatherstrip and trim glue for it. Think I might do another coat. The right one looks more clear, think it has glare in this pic.

Maybe this weekend I'll make it to the car and install them :S

i used polyurethane  ~~~made by min wax  LOL.
you know, brush on clear coat?

Ya thats what I used after seeing yours. Wal Mart 5 dollars, I was like wait WOOD poly? F it his looked fine.

I only did one medium coat, thinking of going back over but wasn't sure if it would discolor them

Also if you need the turn lock in the back the dorman number is 42150 for 2 or 42151 for 1, rock auto has the 42150 for 3.75. Just ordered a dozen of them.
