1985 XR7 Advice

Found a local ad for a Cougar for sale:

1985 COUGAR XR7 5952 miles - $5900

"LESS THAN 6,000 MILES ACTUAL MILES . Make Offer. White Exterior with Charcoal cloth interior. Power windows and mirrors. More photos available upon request.
Am selling for relative. Any questions you have I will get answers and respond."

I would appreciate any advice on what to look for and determine if this is too good to be true.  Car appears nice in the photos but that can be deceiving.  If the car has so few miles, it most likely has sat for a while.  What types of repairs might I be looking at?

Maybe fordhabit had already been looking at it?
Or maybe lucky isn't so lucky after all!
Either way, we definitely need to see pictures.

Car is on ebay now, based on lucky's post. There are more pictures there. Engine bay isnt as clean as I would think but car looks very nice.
