can you tell

a difference in handeling when adding these http://www.cheperformance.com/CartGenie/prod-77.htm ? was fixin to hit the buy button but was just curious if they are REALLY worth the $ for street driving. Would just the lowers help or is it best to get U/L package? And will i be able to ditch the quads? :burnout:
