Get your file sized down to just under 100kb, windows paint program can do this. Then save it as a jpeg or bmp or some sorta image file (jpeg work best due to size compression/quality ratio). Then when creating a thread/post/reply scroll down to the additional options section. Click on manage attachments under the attach files box. Select browse from one of the 3 boxes that pops up, find the file you want to upload, say ok to the dialog box. Then when back at the browse menu box click on the upload button on the right. That should be all of it.

I haven't played with any of the other formats.
