After sitting in a garage since 1996, this one owner vehicle was scheduled to be destroyed. I saved it from the crusher. It now sits in my driveway awaiting a second chance on life by a collector or restorer or a Car Club. I collect Lincoln Mark VIIs. This car is 100% original (to the best of my knowledge). VIN 6A93H 54552 I have photographed all aspects of the car but I'm sure that you'll have questions. The car is not registered or inspected. The car will need to be trailered to it's new home.

Might I suggest lowering the starting bid. $799 is fairly high for such an undesirable car.

Back in 1986 I owned the same vehicle. Paid a mear $450 in similar shape. 351WSliver with rally wheels and burgandy 1/2 top and interior. Buckets, console and gauges. It had the same rot starting in the rear wheel archs. Did the usual maintenance and changed the A/C Compressor. Drove it for a year and sold it for $600 when the rear main seal was starting to weep. So 20 yrs later $599 seems like a good deal.

This is the third car that I've ever sold in my life and for god's sake it's like pulling teeth! It's comical to be honest.

You tell people 1000.00 and they'll gladly pay 750.00
You tell people 750.00 and they'll gladly pay 500.00
You tell people 500.00 and they'll gladly pay 300.00

Yeah. 600.00 if really fair and it only recoupes what I put out to save the car from the crusher.

The first person to put 599.00 in my hand owns a classic Cougar.
