Title: Hood Alignment...
Post by: MexCougar on November 26, 2004, 02:21:03 AM
I have quit the front end to align it, and put it again. Now i want to quit the Hood because it never has aligned properly (looks like my hood is a bit open). There is a metod to correct alignment ? Thanks...

At either front corner on the top of the radiator support (directly below where the corners of the hood close) there should be rubber/plastic stoppers that can be screwed in and out to adjust the hood's height.

Raise or lower the rubberr stoppers as mentioned above and you can also raise and lower the latch to set the centre of the front.  Also with care you can gently bend the hood so the arch across the front aligns with the header panel (if you aren't sure about this, go to a professional)
