Title: 3.8 cougar front to rear brake line plastic plate removal?

Sorry don't know what it's called holds the fuel lines and brake line underneath passenger side it's a plastic moulding held on by 3 fixings that have a very small round hole in them are these torx or Allen do they just pop out or do I need to lift the carpet?

I believe those are pop rivets. If so the best way to remove them is to drill the heads off.

Ok thanks but what bright spark thought that would be a good idea? Will drill them out and get some fur tree panel retainers.
