Well after 29 years it would appear it has given up the ghost. Did a search and looks like it is obsolete. Looking for a good part number and any sources if there are any. I'd consider used if you're fairly sure it's still good. Any advice on R&R would be appreciated. Thx in advance.

I had one at one point that I took off of a TC I parted in 2006.....let me check to see if I still have it, and get back to you.
Spinning Wheels is out of stock still and the AC Delco unit is obsolete, so, unless you can track one down you're SOL. It's hard to find the accumulator for a Teves and when they do pop up prices have held around $300.
Wow, you guys are good! I've been googling this thing for three days and found squat. Spinning wheels was out of stock so I signed up for the next production run. Not sure of the price, could be anywhere from $135-300. Sure hope the pump/motor hangs in there. Didn't realize you were supposed to get 4-5 pumps on the brake before pressure drops and pump engages. I was getting 1 but just attributed it to after market calipers. I am still interested in that used one if you can find it (Thunderbirdsport302). Thanks again for the links!
You might have to ditch the Teves for regular brakes if you can't find an accumulator.
For the cost of the accumulator I would ditch the Teves and install a Fox Mustang 5.0 booster and MC
I have one on an 87 tc parts car, but can't guarantee that it is working. I know the car was running and driving until a motor problem parked the car about 4 or 5 years ago.
The hand grenade is available on lots of cars. Lincoln mk vii, some 80's buicks, volvos, saabs, super coupes, etc.
What's the going rate for one if you're not really sure it's still good? I'm willing to take a chance on an inexpensive used one. It's not a daily driver but I really don't want to over work that $$$ pump until I get a replacement accumulator. I've thought of converting but REALLY like the ABS aspect of the system. I spent a lot of blood/sweat/tears & $ getting those big Baer Claws to play nice with the stock system. Obsolesence blows, but it is incouraging to find out so many other cars used the system.
Is it worth $15 to you? I have not taken one off. Hopefully it is not too much aggravation.
$15 sounds great and I'll spring for shipping. Shouldn't be more than $10 for that. Wanna do it through Paypal? Pretty sure you just unscrew it, just make sure the system is depressurized. Might be a little geyser if not. Although that might be an indicator that it's still good. I'm at Jdouglas87@hotmail.com. Thanks
