What is a good two gauge a-pillar pod for my 86 cougar?
I believe a pod for a 94-98 Mustang will work. If I remember correctly with a little heat it will fit nicely. You may want to search for threads on here.
I used an Autometer 10120 (for an SN95 Mustang, as stated) on my 86 Cougar. It fits well enough for me although with some heat and maybe a little sanding it could fit better. I attached mine with double sideed tape and painted it with Rustoleum fabric and vinyl paint from the local hardware store.

I picked up the same pillar pod. Now I cant decide if I want to mount my gauges there or in the old Equalizer spot. Loaded are those GlowShift gauges?
Yep, Glowshift 7 color.
That gauge pod matched up really nice with your interior.
