any one have pics for under the drivers side dash i removed a black box with with 9 pin wires need a picture of it

Pretty sure that is connected to the cruise control.

Zenith was correct. I just googled the part number and it comes up as the seat belt warning chime module.

It supposedly also fits a few other vehicles. I know from working on Fords over the years they would use the same part on several different models covering several years.

Yes your seat belt will still lock, you just wont have a warning light on the instrument cluster. The seat belt locking mechanism is built into the belt ratchet asy behind the B-pillar where the shoulder harness goes.
