Title: Big block 460 swap. (83-87 Tbird guy)

Anyone no what tranny mount and crossmember I can use and drive shaft with a c6 behind a 460 in my 83 Tbird ?????????

The trans x-member is the same one that came from the factory in my '83 Bird. It was a factory 5.0 car so it came with the double hump x-member.
Of course all '86-93 5.0 Mustangs used the same double hump x-member.

On my gray '83 460 T-Bird I used the stock '83 AOD trans mount.  I think I drilled holes in the cross member so the mount could go further back.

I don't have the exact center to center length on the driveshaft.
You will have to put the C-6 trans yoke in place then measure for  the c/c length.

Both of my 460 T-Birds have different driveshaft lengths because the gray bird uses the longshaft C-6 and the 87 TC has the standard length C-6 but has the engine sitting all the way back against the firewall.
Neither one of those two numbers would help you.
