So my resolutions for 2011 are as follows....
1. Get back in the gym and lose some weight
2. Finish up college
3. Find a better job
4. Get into my own place with my girl < scratch that she's gone lol
5. Stop blowing some much money on buying and selling cars
Let's hear yalls !
Drive my Sport. Have had it for nearly 2 years, have put maybe 100 miles on it, and most of those were going up and down the gravel road I live on.
Other than that I plan to live according to my beliefs, only with a little bit more intensity.
I intend to pay off some debts, both to members here and otherwise, and become a better person in the eyes of others.
Lastly, I intend to meet some fellow Tbird/Cougar folks this summer. If not before :D
My resolution is to raise both my Accounting GPA and my Overall GPA. And of course, the never ending quest for total fitness...
Find a job
Slowly restore my Thunderbird
Not reaching too far with those two ;)
only 1 resolution, win an NBL national.. i did it 8 years ago and i wanna do it again after not racing in 6 years
Broke all resolution's by 9:00 this morning. Try again next year :shoothead
1. get my out of control Blood pressure under control
2. make better friends
3. get my income going again
4. buy and sell more cars.
5. stop giving a about what people want me to do
6. get back into school.
7. find a girl who doesn't think that she knows better than me when she hardly knows herself.
for starters,, see if i can go a year and not get a thread locked:hick:
although i bring that stuff on myself.:punchballs:
I have several things to do,, I'll see how many pan out.
Your gonna find that with nomatter who your with, i've found its easier to let her win cause after all she does have the one thing us guys want :p
cheese?! :D
Well me and my girl are done...fawk it anyways lol im adding a new one to the list,
* Find a girl that knows what the fawk she wants !!
amen to that too!
I'd say those are in the order of priority to me, if I was in your shoes. Of course, I've found that if you go looking in dumps, you'll usually find trash....aim a little higher, and finding better friends will help in that area too. Not at all busting your chops...I have a "been there, done that" t shirt for my troubles lol
(3 years ago, I lived alone, no job, no car, no woman, and not much in the way of hopes...then, I met Nicole. Got a job, and then a better one. 2 kids, a marriage, and a coupla cars later, I feel like I've justified my 2 years of nothingness. It'll all come in good time, just go with the flow, don't force it, but don't be afraid to grab life by the balls and yank hard, when the time comes.)
I've given up on resolutions. I never seem to keep them so why bother. I need to try and lose 50lbs but I'm not doing it as a resolution I need to do it so I can feel better about myself.
