Title: Here is the newest one with the different tires on the rear.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C7AYtmbNdGs            This is the fastest it has gone, without happy gas. And a lot has changed since the last time it was sprayed. She only ran 13.2 then.                  And notice the rail is finished about the time I cross the 1/8th. LOL

Gives me confirmation that there is in fact 11's in my Stang!!!!  I was leaving soft my last time out.  12.3's while bogging @ 16-1800 on the launch ( had to drive it 125 miles home afterward)..... Can't wait for March :burnout:

Clean launch.  What tires?

thanks guys, the tires r in deed hoosiers. I was running a 29" tall tire and I swapped some 27" tires on. And got a nice pick-up,I shift it at 6200 and she crosses cross the line at 62-6300 rpm in 3rd gear(drive)

Nice Pass

I hate running against something with open headers

Yes, but there are many different compounds and sizes made by them  ;)

Drivetrain is stock except for I boxed the lower control arms. The trans. has a cheap shift kit in it (AOD with 110,000 on it). I switched to carb a year or so ago. Stall convertor, 4:10 gears basic stock short block with direct replace 5.0 eddy heads, roller rockers, comp extreme cam,air gap intake and a AED carb. I think my best 60' was a 1.68 I would hhave to look at the slips.

I forget what the 29s were, but the 27s are quick pros. I would love to switch to alcohol. Maybe not this year right away.
