That was Rhys Millan driving the General Lee for shot in a new Dukes of Hazzard Movie, It was shot here in New Orleans and that was Rhys drifting around Jackson Square in down town New Orleans. I was right down the street from where I work on Saturday and it was worth the 5 block to see that.
Yeah. You can hear someone yelling 'cut, cut, cut' at the end of the clip.
