I'm needing a wastegate actuator that will fit an hx35 with the vac nipple coming out the side not the top it will not fit with my setup.

What is the size of the hole in the shaft?

I dont have the slightest clue, take a tape measure or a ruler with millimeters and see what you get.  that is where I would start.
