Me and my buddy went on a 4 hour cruise and picked up this nice little score...

It is an 83, with some nice options, and pretty much RUST FREE, with just a few tiny spots to deal with... car came to Canada from Texas in '95 and was undercoated yearly since then...
I am posting this because he said it is mine when he gets bored of it, which knowing him will be in less then a months time!
Plans call for a built Carbed 5.0L/T5/and 8.8" with 4.10's and much more...
Will post better pics tomorrow after we spend the day cleaning the undercoating off it... Should have kept those GFX I sold to Bear..... DAMMIT! LOL
Wow Nice,
Welcome back to the 4-eye club!
And as for the GFX kit, I still have my Kamei kit for sale ;)
Bear also has the kit for sale. I didn't take it
There you go R.J. you got choices ;)
Alex I will be in touch about your kit....
Here is a photoshoot after a few hours cleaning the engine bay and swapping my turbines on it for now.

nice pair. It's a double date.
Those turbines look killer on it man!
I love the turbines! Looks right at home sitting next to your other Cougar.
Your truck's mirror should say "Objects in mirror are more beautiful than they appear" :rollin:
it still could say that for all we know.. that part of the picture is cut off so you can't assume it doens't say that right now haha
 4 eyed find and thanks for the pics RJ !! ;)
That's a great before and after engine bay pic! Keep up the good work!
It's missing some trim ;)
Looks to be a nice score. How's the underbody? Any bad rot?
no.... NO RUST... LOL, this thing makes mine look like , LOL.
The underneath is SOAKED in undercoating though, it is going to take weeks to get it all off....
I wouldn't take it off if i were you. Keep it undercoated. There's a lot of moisture in your yard.
yes i do have a body kit for sell.....lol and very nice find looks great
Nice find, the white turbines are a nice addition.
Nice Kitty! Turbines are awesome.
Nice. Thing looks low. Turbines look great
just a little update on this, My buddy finally gave up on trying to make a pile of money on this and sold it to me for what he has into it.... it is now safely in my driveway and awaiting the 5.0L conversion.....
Nice to see it got a good home ;)
Is that a carbed 3.8?
yep, god bless Canada.... LOL Soon to be a Carbed 5.0L
gave the Cougar a new look today:

The scoop isnt bolted down yet but it will be, after I do some body work to it.
Nice score! That is the only red interior I have seen that I have liked so far.....must be the leather, but that thing is clean!
I think i'm gonna start calling ya 1WLDCAT from now on dude, as the 1WLDBRD just doesn't fit anymore lol.
hahaha yeah I think I'm gonna get that for a plate instead of my 1WLD BRD that I have now. or 1WLD XR7....
The turbines and the scoop are kickin'
nice looking cougar
Seems like that scoop kinda works against the lines of the cougar. Wonder how a 83 Stang reverse scoop would look?
Maybe it is just standing out more because the black color?
I agree, i like the look, however there's something odd about that particular one.
I have both, maybe I will have to set it on there and see what it looks like...
I think you should try blacking out all of the chrome. I think it would look killer.
My buddy just picked up a '86 T-top GT (converted to '87 GT), and he didnt like the rims, so I traded my pony's to him for these:
Yeah I know, :o I still havent gotten around to fixing the lisence plate bracket yet.... LOL

Very nice rims, good choise :hick:
Yes, that's great. I thought about getting some basketweaves for mine at one point.
Those rims are perfect for that car. Looks awesome.
I like that alot better. Good choice.

For a minute, I was gonna accuse you of hijacking my truck. With the exception of the "Enforcer" decal, I have the identical stripe package on mine, and yes, mine's black too. Is "Enforcer" the name of the striping package, or is that something someone added? I've been trying to find that out for ages, because I want to get my truck painted, but I want to make sure the stripes go back on.
actually the truck is dark blue... and yes that is the striping package for a '96 Enforcer.
where did u get that scoop
'82 Mustang GT
wanna sell the scoop??
nope not really.... at least not for less then it is worth to me, which is too much. LOL
Tinted the The Taillights yesterday...
