Title: who says $10 cant buy anything anymore?
Post by: gumby on April 17, 2009, 08:23:08 PM
happened upon an aluminum spare from a towncar while pillaging the local jy for parts needed for my ranger.

not sure if it will clear my cobra front brakes, but at least it will fit the rear. having to change two tires, if i have a front flat, is better than not carrying a spare at all like ive been doing....

$10 can't buy anything anymore i spent $11 on a deck of playing cards UFS and sold a set of mustang 3 spokes wheels with tires for $22.

Sorry off topic but not bad at all for the price and the tire is in pretty good shape also nice find. whats the width on those??? might look cool with 2 on the front of the car.

Get 3 more!  Then get your self a '32 Ford roadster!  That'll guarantee the $10 theory only happens once, lol.

Good find. I found one in my local yard. They weighed it with the tire and wanted to charge s price for it plus 10% which at the time was like $15. Still not bad but I'm still looking. lol. And yeah, polish it.
