Id say it was something to due with comming back without permission...and registering a new username to do it. To me, perma banned means permabanned. Period. He had his second chances-a-plenty before. Violating forum rules right off the bat is a petty DA move, imho.
Plus, he screwed Eric at one point, and conveniantly forgot about it aparently. Oh well.
Ouch. Yeah, I'd say that making a bad deal with a forum owner is a good way to get the boot.

Perma Banned Dumb Ass
He was given long enough time to fix previous mistakes and show that he wasn't a dumb-ass, but he chose poorly (again). :rollin:
He got banned for telling people his last name. At least I hope that's the reason. ;)
We're going to put this to rest now.
He's gone because the admins noted that his past transactions were never resolved, even after 1 year+. To protect everyone on the board from becoming a potential victim, we decided to keep the door closed. We're not going to let someone like that do business here, period. It was not about being vindictive. What was owed to me was small potatoes compared to others. With no actions taken on his part to resolve any of his bad deals, and with nothing but promises yet again, we had no choice but to bring out the BanHammer™.
Those who have outstanding debts with him can still use his e-mail address in his profile. People that still chat with him outside of this board can still do that. For everyone else, his privileges are revoked and he won't be back, ever.
That's all we need to say about this. Any other threads about this subject will be locked and deleted.
Yeah I was going to put a lock on this thread too, thanks for beating me to the punch Eric ;). I'm tired of all the attention that pest got over this past weekend.
