I had to elongate one of the rear mounting holes on each side as well as fab up 3/8" spacers to drop the K enough to be parallel with the frame. Not really a big deal. You will see what needs to be done as soon as you mock it up.

I've got another question that could fit in this thread.  Would a tubular K member be good for autox and road racing, or should I stick with the stocker?

that would depend on which kmember you are lookin it. a heavy duty kmember with revised geometry, like the MM piece, can improve handling

I doubt I will end up changing it, but I do need to find some new springs

If you order a QA1 it will move the 5.0 motor up like 1" so i had to take off my 1" spacer to fit. just a FYI
