I am looking to buy window motors for both doors on my 88' XR7. Anyone have any they want to sell, or, can anyone tell me where I can buy them for a decent price?

I have a a set from an 88 cougar ls those should work too. mine are pulled just need to box and ship. I would love to sell them but when you think about the fact that you can get remaned units for not to much I tell you to check the local parts store. Looks like they run about $57ea +5core. Check the salvage yard too. Also what is wrong with yours?
I've seen 'em pop up on eBay for about $39.99 each with free shipping. However they don't look exactly like the ones out of my car. Then again, the picture might not be representative of the actual product.
The ones I have from my 88 are the small square style, the older ones are the larger round style.

the remans i have used have a 2 year warranty, too.

Dunno how much different the doors are on an 88 versus the '86, but the ones in my '86 are IDENTICAL to the ones used in a '92 F-150. (I know, I have both, and have done motors on both.) So, a cruise through the junkyard shouldn't be limited to catbirds. Check out the 88-96 gen pickups too.
I'm pretty sure that the 87'-88' motors are specific. I could be wrong.
