I just bought the driver side window !!!!!
I just bought the driver side window !!!!!
I just bought the driver side window !!!!!
Oh,and yes,it seems expensive, but, you will NOT find a new window cheaper, and his supply is running low.Better get them while you can.
I just bought the driver side window !!!!!
I'm excited like a little school girl.Excuse me while I go do a happy dance.
Holy cow! I saved mine, was going to try to cut a hole in the glass for ducting. I think I will try to use lexan........
I noticed those last night. Are those TC or non-TC?
They are for a Turbo Coupe or Sport, which both used the black trim.
congrats ! alway fun to find that elusive part.--irv
Vinnie, What did you buy?
Are those the same as the 87-88 cougar windows?
Oh,my apologies,I should've clarified that....I bought the driver side 1/4 window !!!!! WOO-HOO !!!!
By the way,NO,they are not the same as the Cougar.
LOL that's like the biggest or most noticeable difference between the birds and cats so I'd HOPE they're not the same :hick:
I can see the confusion between the two cars as far as windows. The Cougar appears to have an upside down T-Bird window for the 1/4's.It would be nice if they did.
thats good because you just bent over and took it like one... congrats!:rollin:
LOL LOL Took the words out of my mouth :D
LOL
I have beautiful windows

I don't think anyone can find one cheaper, and the smooth, like new windows are obviously made of unobtanium.Sometimes you gotta "take it" for the sake of the Bird.
The windows with the chrome trim seem to last better than the all black trimmed windows.I was actually VERY close to swapping out the 1/4 windows and door window trim with the chrome trim pieces. Now,I'm back on track.
I'm glad mine have the chrome around them then,
Plus, never seeing the sun in the last 10 years never hurts
That's a good price. I paid around that much a few years ago. What a differance the new ones make in appearance. Money well spent.
Rick
Money well spent indeed.I would live with the windows I already have if I was keeping the same paint, but those cracked 1/4's will look nasty with new paint, fresh window trim, new locks and handles. No way.I'm going through all that work and have the windows look like trash.
this same vendor has 87-8 cougar 1/4 glass in the chrome
and also the black mldg version. emailed him yesterday.
